Very good experience in general. Staff are very friendly and polite. Amazing location you can easily find everything around you. My room was cleaned daily , breakfast in general is good but could be better. The cafe -top floor- have amazing views at night with relaxing atmosphere. I had really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend.

I am very surprised at all the positive reviews for this hotel. I've travelled a lot of the world and stayed in both budget and high-end hotels... but this one was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
The elevator is terrifying and broken on most floors (the high ones unfortunately), the bed was dirty, the kitchen was filthy and the food was very poor, the service sucked as well.
The only thing this hotel has going for it is it's location.
