Everything about the hotel was great, though I had a very short stay (less than 12hours).
The only bad experience I had was booking a trip to the pyramids & airport drop via the Concierge. Should have used Uber or a Tour company with fixed cost, as we ended up paying (exorbitantly) for different things which we did not anticipate & was kind of pushed to pay for it.

Old Cairo Charm with off-beat location. Lots of options for breakfast. Nice balcony for all the rooms. Fully equipped bathroom. Very friendly staff. Only 1 Mb of free Wifi. This one is non-alcohol hotel.

Extremely kind and professional team. Above average clean room and showers. Food and beverage were very affordable. Front desk were really helpful. yet 2 points worth mentioning:
- Taxi has to go around many blocks to get to entrance... but this is acceptable knowing that hotel is at the heart of extremely busy neighborhood.
- Wifi was very slow.

Hotel was nice. Good room. Very good and tasty food (breakfast, lunch & dinner). Good service.

Good hotel that has many great amenities. Ideal for pleasure or business trips. It is close to nearby busy street that has all needful shops. Staff is willing to help you with your needs without asking for tips. Has a small official bank branch that can exchange your money without commissions
