Great view from every floor. Two restaurants one stake house and a buffet. Near downtown, museum and Tahrir square, shopping, Niles river at night!! By the way I felt much safer there than I did in San Francisco!

My favorite Cairo hotel. Great location, excellent service, lot's of amenities. On top it has some of the best Cairo restaurants and a real gym with almost everything you need. Fantastic breakfast and good sleep quality. Always a delight to return.
(Something to improve: There is dust in the electrical sockets, not a real cleanliness impression).

Although this is one of the best hotels in Cairo, with a great view and a beautiful atmosphere, it has one of the worst if not the worst front desk, reception, customer service experience I have ever had. I was checking in on a Sunday for a wedding into a premium room for two nights 24th September 2017 until 27th and literally took me an hour to be able to pay! To begin with a day before we were checking in, we called the hotel to reserve and no one was answering the phone! Then when we called again and again we were told that reservation people left!!! What kind of a 5 star hotel doesn't have people around the clock to take reservations. Then the moment I went in to check in, I offered my credit card without chip to hold the payment for the room and they wouldn't use it without a chip! So I said fine, take my debit card, which for some odd reason could work with their machine either even with the chip.. Then I called the bank and my bank didn't even show the transaction so it as clear that it was their problem not mine and I was running late to my hair and make up appointment for the wedding I was attending so I was already trying to tell them please solve it cuz I need to get going.. Took an hour!!! Seriously the worst checking in experience I have had! It seemed also as I was talking with people that I wasn't the only one, three other families that were here for the wedding checking in had similar issues including the bride, her mom and groom's mom! The front desk need professional training!!!

A great hotel, that occasionally misses some of the standards you'd expect from a Four Seasons hotel. Staff were faultless, every single one going above and beyond to help and make the stay special. We received particularly memorable service during our stay from the guest experience team, the waitstaff in 8 restaurant, and the doormen. The rooms are comfortable and modern. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues with our room over the stay. One of the lavatories was broken when we arrived and the safe didn't work, the walls were also a little grubby in places. We also had some housekeeping issues - one day the room wasn't serviced at all (we were out from 7am - 4pm, came back to find it in the same state as we left), there were no fresh towels left one day, we had to ask every day to have the sofa bed made up for our children, etc. Each time it took a simple phone call to fix, and the staff were quick, courteous and apologetic, but these felt like such basic mistakes they just kept tripping over. So overall, we had a very nice stay, with some truly memorable moments, but I'd be tempted to look at the other Four Seasons hotel or the new Ritz Carlton next time.

The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are the best available in Cairo. Service levels are poor, need to be improved significantly. The food is just about palatable.
