Completely hopeless.
1. There is NO actual Europcar outlet here. Basically you arrive at the airport and you have to call Europcar (Goodluck getting them to answer the phone) and they will send a driver (Probably in 2 hours time) to drop off the vehicle.
2. They will always try to get more money from you at any cost.
3. Refusing to give them extra money at this point will result in you not getting your vehicle and thus stranded at the airport with your luggage.
4. It is not the same price for everyone. Forgotten invoices in the vehicle confirmed that they overcharged me several dollars which is not worth arguing about but the fact remains.
Do yourself a favour and get a taxi from the airport to your hotel. If you are staying in the Luxor area, just get a taxi everywhere.
