Pros: Friendly staff, swimming pool
Cons: cheap food, annoying music, rooms are in very bad condition.

If you want a cheap overnight stay in the city center it might be okay. For everything else it is overpriced and not to be recommended.

If you're expecting the Nile Hilton, you clearly paid an awful lot more than I did. Having paid the same amount I'd normally pay for a Travel Lodge in the UK I was pleased to have a comfortable, although basic room, with a hot shower. As a base for exploring the delights of Luxor, it's ideal. Ten minute stroll in a straight line to the Winter Palace and the temples, and plenty of excellent places to eat within a few minutes walk.
