After spending the past 140 days driving from Cape Town South Africa up to Cairo Egypt, this has been the best place I have stayed and the only review I will write. The rooms, restaurant and common areas are spotlessly clean. The location is perfectly located on the quiet side of the Nile but the local ferry to get to the other side is 100meters out the door, costs 1 Egyptian pound and leaves every 5-10minutes.
The pool is beautiful as is the courtyard.
The thing that really sets this place above the competition is the friendly and helpful staff. They are all wonderful and fun to talk to and are a big help when needed. Cannot recommend this place enough. This was my 3rd time to Luxor and this was by far the best place to stay. Also the food in the upstairs restaurant (along with it's views) are the best I've had in Luxor. Plus the beer was ice cold!
