On Feb. 17, 2016, I called "Hotel Grecia Real" from the USA to reserve 2 rooms for Feb 20. They were reserved. On Feb. 19 the Hotel was called from a family member in E.S. to confirm the reservation. It was confirmed.
Feb. 20, upon arrival at the Hotel, the desk clerk "Elizabeth," said "no reservations had been made and no rooms were available." (a private event was taking place) I asked to speak with management. She advised me no management are in the Hotel on the weekends.(?) Elizabeth was anything but helpful or polite. 10 months earlier, the same Hotel was used by the 4 of us. It was medium quality. Rooms are fair, (old) and no hot water. Employees were OK then, but nothing great. Many hotels within 1/2 block. Elizabeth actually did us a favor! Rated as a 2.5
