Terrible Customer service. We have been treated very badly at the entrance by employee named Marily.. The way we have been asked for our documents, registered in their system and handed back our ID's was not normal. After all the hassle we were told that casino tables were closed. Unfortunately it was very awkward situation by not feeling welcome at all so we decided to leave before we could even spend a pound!!
