Had to pay extra to keep the office open until 8 pm upon arrival. No one there when we arrived. Called number at the desk and after 20 minutes someone came.
The lot was pitch black, no lighting to properly inspect the car. When we dropped it off, they charged €280 for scratches . This car was in hotel parking the entire time and I would have noticed this. The agent was obstinate and unhelpful. This was a total scam and I am reversing the charges with Amex.
Totally untrustworthy.
