Never use this company. Gave us a car with a faulty alternator, broke down as soon as we stopped the engine. We had to ask for help to jump start the car (that's what they told us to do!) then drive back with failing lights in the dark. They arrived to meet us in a closed petrol station with a new battery, but told us we had damaged the car. We began recording on our mobiles what they were saying, took pictures under the car etc They said under the car was damaged - luckily my partner knows all about cars so could see that they were totally making it up. A funny side story though, their young looking employee reversed the car into a petrol pump and put a huge dent in it - gave us a laugh. We figured immediately what they would do, so we reported them to the Fijian police so we had paperwork etc ready. When we arrived back in aus, as expected, they took money off my card. Reported them for fraud - the cars are illegal, wrong number plates & made up invoices from a mechanic that doesn't exist. Luckily my bank fraud department was amazing & we won. NEVER use this company. We thought we would save money - cost us months of stress, letter writing, translation of videos (luckily we have Indian friends).
DODGY, CORRUPT & total liars. They are a married couple but pretend they aren't as well.. Do yourself a favour and just use the worldwide known companies at the airport.
