If I could give zero stars I would. The agent was so rude and rented out a seven-seater that was old and absolutely filthy inside for the exact same price as a newer model. He also made us pay a $1 parking fee for the airport car park. When we arrived to pick up our rental he was on the phone for about 20 minutes dealing with what I presume to be a very dissatisfied customer. When we returned, the couple ahead of us were making a complaint also. Much better to stick with Avis or Budget

I reserved a car and when I showed up at the airport they didn't have any cars to rent.
Further I was also told that I needed to go online to cancel my booking or I would be charged. I had to buy a SIM card to cancel the booking because the Europcar agent said he couldn't cancel the reservation for me. WTF!?
