I received a warm welcome when I came for a drop-in class at Purna Yoga. I was only in Helsinki for a few days, but I wanted to get in a practice. Tove is a knowledgeable teacher with a soothing voice. She gives equal attention to everyone in the room. I left feeling like I'd challenged my body, but I also felt calm and energized!

This is an amazing studio with incredible teachers. The teachers all care deeply for the students and seem to have an abundance of knowledge. They also all have their own personalities and it should be easy to find a teacher that suits you at this studio. Highly recommended.
