It's a nice park but the only good reason to really visit is the possibility to see the cherry trees bloom.

It is a nice park area for kids, couples and friends with a lot to offer from games to greenery and scents to scenery. However the nearby industry area could ruin the atmosphere a bit.

Best on summer (from end of may) cuz they have Sakura and doggo park.

May is the best month to visit the park. Great place for a picnic!
