Take the elevator to the 5th floor. I didn't see any signs in the lobby that indicated this, but I followed in another woman with workout gear on her shoulder.
Large facility with ample lockers. Clean. Friendly.

Probably one of the best recreation centers in Tampere featuring two storey gym (free weights, machines, kettlebells, etc.) and excellent group exercise facilities. Locker rooms are large including showers, saunas and solarium. Body composition measurement and massage are examples of additional services offered. Decent prices.
