noises from street level and across the street can make sleeping difficult during weekend nights, otherwise decent. food in the restaurant was quite nice (off-peak)

Good location, clean and quite comfortable, but a bit worn. Breakfast is good also. I'd expect more for the price.

Location and staff are good.
Prices are high for this place.
Rooms need to be renovated.
No teeth kit in room.
Bed cover was dirty with big stain.
No teapot in room.

Partly with old charm and in some parts dull and worn out style of 70's. Over all good Finnish hotel standard which applies breakfast and service. One small elevator is not enough. Smoking balconies, well yes.

Quite cold room, but quiet and the location is excellent. Will be renovated next fall.
