Hyvää ja ystävällistä palvelua. Koirani sai hyvää apua, ja suosittelen tätä paikkaa , jos joutuu lemmikkinsä lääkäriin viemään.

Niin ikävä kuin tilanne olikin niin eläinlääkäri Sanna Mäkinen esitti asiat niin inhimillisellä tavalla joka lämmitti sydäntä. Antoi meille aikaa, tukea ja osviittaaa miten vaikea tilanne on

Erinomainen ja hyvä palvelu.
Lääkärit ja hoitajat ovat olleet ystävällisiä, asiantuntevia sekä myös kiireettömiä mm. villin pennun ensi käynnillä sekä vanhan hitaammin liikkuvan koiran kanssa.

Hyvää, asiantuntevaa palvelua. Hinnat vähän kalliimmat kuin esim. Evidensia Kannelmäessä.

I am very disappointed for the service received in this veterinary clinic, where I have been few times.
Twice I had to come back the day after the visit because they gave me the wrong prescriptions.
Last time, when I had already arrived home, they called me back to say that they have realized that my dog should have had an x-ray test.Actually I had said while I was still there that I had not given any food to the dog so that they could do anesthesia and x-ray test but they had said that everything was fine and there was no need to do anything more. Only after I left they had understood that the dog had another issue and so there was anyway need to do an x-ray test. First of all I am angry because I will need to go back (of course to another veterinary!) but, even more importantly, how I can trust a veterinary that, evidently, has not even had a look on the medical record of the dog before beginning the visit?!? And actually now I remember that often I had the impression that the visit was rather superficial in particular if I compare it to the one of another veterinary clinic here in Helsinki.
