Very near to the train station, walking distance of the nightlife in town. Comfortable and clean rooms, and friendly staff. Shower attachment could have done with some improvements, it was a little too loose on the wall, and the hose was too short.

I was greatly surprised at actually how clean, organised and friendly the staff were for a 3 star hotel.
The hotel staff were lovely and able to help with any questions we had. Our room was on the 4th floor with a balcony, fridge and super comfy very large double bed. The breakfast had a large verity. We also made use of the luggage room after check out whilst we went to the beach, and used the shower room to freshen up before the flight home. We were also amazed with the location. The train station at the top of the road just a minutes walk away, which we used to visit Monaco, Villefranche sur mer and St Raphael to get to St Tropez.
When staying in Juan Les Pins again, we were a few minuites walk away from the beach and all the fantastic beach bars. Also very close to the Casino Supermarket, bars and resteraunts.
I would happily stay here again and recommend it.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks while in France on business in June 2008. Location is great on this hotel. Only about 2 blocks from the beach area and 1 block from the train station at Juan Les Pins.
Looks like the hotel was refurbished within the last few years. Rooms were decent size and bathroom was nice size. Rooms have a balcony that you can sit out on. Some overlook the parking lot but others do have limited view of the ocean.
Staff was overall helpful but didn't go out of their way. I didnt' have any issues for the two weeks so really didn't need them. The web site stated that they can convert currency but turned out not to be correct. They told me to go to the town area but I didn't see any area for currency converting. Several ATM's right by hotel so that can work out. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area so you have plenty of options. I didn't try the hotel breakfast but there is nice size room for breakfast.
I stayed at the hotel one additional night before my flight out. On that one night I had a different room that was on the top floor overlooking the parking lot. The toilet ran a lot and the tub wouldn't drain. Didn't have any issues in the room I had for 2 weeks so maybe just a fluke.
The hotel does have a parking lot but space is very limited. They charge $10 euro a day but its worth it if you can find space as parking is tight around the hotel.
Wireless internet is free. Just have to ask the front desk for user id and password.
Overall a decent hotel if you are looking to stay in Juan Les Pins.
