I began my classical pilates with Azur Pilates after breaking my neck in a ski accident four years ago. I am n ow stronger and fitter than I was before the accident. Sophie, Linda and Didier are world class instructors. I spend my summers in Cannes and live in London and NY. Truly, I have had a difficult time finding any school to rival Sophie's. The instruction is lead by former ballerinas with an intricate knowledge of anatomical quirks. Sophie Pradines is goodness in a small packet, encouraging and inspiring. If you are lucky enough to fall upon her tutelage and studio, you are in for an absolute treat.
