Magnifique service de tout l’équipe 24hr /24hr .Merci à Dr Caroline Charles qui a sauvée le vie de notre Teckel.

Personnel odieux. Personne pour nous recevoir. Nous avons dû patienter trois quarts d'heure avant que l'on s'intéresse à nous. Puis plus d'une heure d'attente dans un endroit étouffant. Tous les chiens qui sont arrivés après nous ont été pris (apparemment pas d'urgence vitale). Résultat : nous sommes repartis après deux heures sans avoir vu de veto. Je n'ai jamais vu cela !!! Un scandale...

We would like to thank this vets for the urgent response on a Sunday following our dog getting in contact with Processional Caterpillars.
Having a 24/7 urgent response vets near Valbonne, South of France was a life saver literally for our dog.
The team were friendly, fast and professional and followed up the visit later in the week to find out how we were doing. Highly recommended.

Je recommande cette clinique vétérinaire. Ils sont très professionnels et attentionné.
We have been clients of this excellent clinic for over 12 years. We have had five cats and three dogs loving cared for by all the experienced staff and vets, especially Madame Dalmont. Many of the staff speak good English which is very helpful when dealing with such difficult and stressful times.
The out of hours service, which includes holidays, is very reassuring to know someone is always there. In fact we have had to put to sleep two of our cats using this service. We have nothing but praise for the way we, and our animals,were treated. I do not understand the previous review.

The best vet clinic ever seen!!!
We were transferred to the clinic as our own vet couldn't solve the problem with our dear cat, Idefix. Upon arrival at Clausonnes our own vet had removed 300 ml of pus from the thorax. The cat was dying when we arrived. Within seconds he was taken care of and put in an oxygen tent.
The cat was more dead than alive for 4-5 days, we were called in several times because his condition was so critical. The vets and the staff were so nice and understanding, even when the whole family would be crying because of Idefix. Most importantly Idefix is well today - but that is only because of the sublime service and the expertise of the staff at Claussonnes.
Should any of our animals - and we have quite a few - ever get sick again, we will definitely only go to Clinique Vétérinaire des Clausonnes!
We will recommend this place to everyone in need of a competent veterinary!
