Very Nice to visit on a good weather. It's a surfers paradise great waves lovely beaches. I'd recommend after the summer vacation around September, it's less crowded then

We booked this believing it was a 4-star hotel. It couldn't be farther from the truth. It is closer to 2-stars! The hotel is in very bad shape and in need of extensive renovation. The receptionist we met when checking in was also quite rude. The
Wi-Fi in our room did not work, and when we contacted the reception for this we were told it probably was too many logged on and that we should use the reception-area wifi instead.
Luckily we had only booked 2 nights here!

We are traveling through Europe without a plan and from our most amazing hotel in San Sebastian we stumbled on this place online around 9am Friday 14th July 2017. Check in was from 5pm which I thought was odd but with places disappearing fast we made the decision to stay here for 2 nights. We arrived at 4:33pm (a little early & we were happy to wait till 5 but hoped we would be able to check in then)
A gentleman (Ricardo) told us quite rudely our room was not ready and that we needed to wait 1.5hrs more and come back at 6. No apology either! He looked at me like I was the one being ridiculous when I reminded him check in time was from 5pm. I mean really, you can't even meet 'that' deadline.
Breakfast was the worst I've ever had. I questioned the cleanliness of the entire place also. No staff wears a uniform and you have the stupidest charges when it comes to cleaning fees that make no sense whatsoever.
The one saving grace is the location but if this is the only place left in the area i strongly suggest you find another town than book this place.
Should have realized.... It's the same theory as when you are walking around liking for restaurants... Would you eat dinner at the completely empty one or find one that has allot of people. It was the last place available for one reason and one reason only.

I came here because it was the best bang for my buck! The wifi is difficult but since I was always on the beach, it didn't matter
