Worst TAXI service I have ever experienced! Avoid this company. My experience arriving and leaving Biarritz via taxi from train station was absolutely horrible. The woman driver arrived angry and yelled at me and my girlfriend to get in the car. Threatened to kick us out if we didn't have cash and said absolutely NO when asked to make two stops as we were staying at different locations. As costumer friendly tipping Canadians this service is absolutely shocking and terrible way to arrive in Biarritz and an even worse way to leave. #bummed

Terrible! Used them 3 times. Twice they were late, the third time they didn't turn up. And the drivers are rude and clueless. They are a brilliant advert for Uber.

Impossible de réserver un taxi. La station est totalement vide, préparez vous à au moins 30 minutes d'attentes si vous êtes les premiers dans la file.
La ligne téléphonique ne sera d'aucune aide et vous indiquera simplement d'attendre a la station.

3 ans que je suis au pays basque
Je suis client de cette compagnie depuis mon arrivée.
En 3 ans un seul retard à déplorer, mais la circulation est infernale lors de la saison estivale.
Toujours à l'heure, chauffeurs sympa !!! Je recommande !!!
J'aimerais avoir le même service partout où je vais 👍
