Excellent receptionist and warm welcome. Hotel parking easy and safe. Ideally located hotel for cycle paths and walking into the city itself.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Nice room with everything what you need. The restaurant downstair is also good to eat traditional choucroute and a fresh beer.

Easy-to-find location, but the parking facilities left a lot to be desired (some very tight corners meant maneuvering our estate car was an exercise in patience!). Not yet renovated to the current Ibis standard, so felt slightly cheated paying the standard rate. Small room, but the bathroom was clean and modern, if small. Breakfast as expected, but again lacked the modern feel of other Ibis hotels.

We had driven from Interlaken and initially went to the wrong Ibis. Thankfully the satnav got us there and we spotted the entrance to the underground car park on the right.
Plenty of spaces and for €8 for the night we thought it was decent value and comforting to know the car was safe and secure.
We checked in and the room was clean and functional. The bathroom is a clever 'pod' which was actually quite roomy with a good powerful shower.
We thought the restaurant was a bit pricey so we found a nice burger place just 10 minutes walk away just over the river.
The river is picturesque and the town square had a nice atmosphere.
The room was comfortable and the bed was large and we had a good sleep.

Typical Ibis hotel. Cheap and cheerful. Bathroom like walking into a caravan. Team here helpful, great restaurant and bar. Short walk into town center
