The accomodation is comfy. In a very good location. The staff was very helpful and nice. Very good price. Good breakfast

It is a good hotel. We stayed as a couple for 3 nights, breakfast is the same each morning but it is more than enough and the variety is ok. Room is ok, clean and the space is more than enough.

This is a very poor hotel. Free Wifi is advertised, however it is not available in all the rooms. When I complained (3 times) I was just met with shoulder shrugs & general disdain. I was perfectly polite & didn't insist on a room change, but zero assistance/help or advice was offered.
Apologies that is not 100% correct, I was told I could access the Wi-Fi from reception & when I responded I didn't pay to access the Wi-Fi from reception the shrugs followed.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICES i.e. come to Bordeaux (beautiful place) when another hotel is free.

The service was really nice, it was close to the center about a 20 minute walk. The room wasn't very clean and there were stains on the bed. It had parking.

I will start by saying that this property is not in a particularly nice part of town. That is the best thing I can say about it. It is run down and frankly, my room smelled of old cigarettes and a damp locker room.
One night I came back and found that my room key wasn't working. I went down to reception, but they had left for the night and everything was boarded up. It took a while, but I found a number for security and called. They got me into a safe in the lobby and got me a key to another room. My phone died at this point, so I couldn't let my colleagues know where I was and we had a meeting in the morning. There was no alarm clock and I couldn't get to my medications that were locked in my room.
I managed to get a few hours of sleep and thankfully woke up in time to get down to reception, get a new key and get into my smelly room to change my clothes before I had to leave for my meeting.
When I got back to reception after my day at work they offered to comp my breakfast. I never had breakfast and said at check in that I did not want breakfast as part of my room package. I asked for a full comp of my room for the previous night or at least a partial discount and was told I would have to talk to Celine Tempez. She would be back the next day. I was checking out at 5am the next day and asked for her to call me.
After 9 days and 3 emails from me she finally responded that the hotel had provided me another room that night, so they were sorry for the inconvenience, but there was nothing more they would do.
I hope you don't make the mistake I made; stay somewhere, anywhere else.
