I work for a bike tour company for whom I do group orientations and luggage transfer. On a recent visit to this hotel a group of tourists told me that the hotel wasn't bike friendly and did not help them in providing a space where they could assemble their bikes. I have personally had to deal with the reception twice and each time they were very rude even when I was only providing information about the clients and their itinerary and not making any special request.

Hotel very well located and friendly welcome. The room allocated was certainly not 4 star standard (more like 2 star). I returned to reception and asked if I could have a room with the shower as advertised. I was told that was possible at extra charge, which as we were in a hurry I didn't argue and accepted. We left bags in the room and went straight out without checking the room detail. In the morning as we went of use each of the advertised amenities we found none available - coffee machine but no coffee pods, no shampoo, conditioner etc etc. Again in a hurry we made the best of a bad job and complained at check out. The receptionist (after charging the "upgrade" and trying to charge 36 euros for a breakfast we didn't have and refused at check in) shrugged and said it was our responsibility to inspect the room on arrival and request missing housekeeping items at that time.

Great location and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big, new and well designed. We had the room next to the elevator and we didn't hear anything at all. I would come back again.

Quiet and comfortable hotel in the centre of town with very friendly staff. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay again.
