We had a good stay here. Basic, but you get what you pay for so we were happy with the value for money. Easy access into the city via the C tram which stops a five minute (max) walk from the hotel. If you need anything extra (pillows etc.) be sure to ask during the day as staffing is minimal overnight. Our room was slightly too warm as they'd already switched the air conditioning off despite the unseasonally warm weather, but the room was comfortable and clean so it was a minor complaint really.

Very good room and bathroom. Quiet also. Nice staff. Next to a tram stop so the location is excellent.

Had everything we needed and the location was right next to metro (10 mins from City center!)

For a twin room it was quite small for 2 people and 2 suitcases. However, we managed to fit. It was a bright, clean room with a large bathroom and kitchenette including a fridge. (Not many places in Europe have a fridge and it's nice to keep your drinks cold.) As I was on a tour bus it was quite close to where we were going, but I know that the tram stop isn't far away. I didn't use any other of the hotel services as it was only a quick stop over.
