It's the worst night mare I have ever faced in My life. Overall it's a garage for 100 euro per night. Lights, heater, elevator, WiFi nothing is working there. WC is the worst. When asked about this to the reception they hardly respond and say we have no technicians. We can't do anything. I stayed for 20 nights and just checked out today morning. I was asked to pay full 1958 euro while booking online and after seeing their room I demanded for refund so that I can check out. But they refused to refund and said if I don't like I can check out but no refund. Cheaters. Ruined my life. I stayed with my husband and a 7 year old daughter. Pathetic hotel. They don't deserve to be in this industry.

This hotel is worthy to be skipped and you would feel great to step in here. I asked for a double bed and they gave me a room by joining two single beds, which separated as I laid down. They had utensils, but they didn't have a proper bowl or a glass. Room was dirty and dusty all around. Staffs weren't courteous.

Booked for a room for a family of 4 and received 2 separate rooms each far from the other. Local hotel taxes weren't inclusive in the booked price, no towels in the rooms, TV remote control didn't work, bleach stained carpet throughout and shower didn't work properly. No commercial effort was made for the price of parking and I will avoid going again when I'm in the area. Very depressing atmosphere and really took away the novelty of travelling.

I wasn't expecting it to be a great place considering the price but the service was terrible. The people who work there are useless and rude. We had a large group stay there a couple of weeks ago. We had issues with broken door knobs, toilet seats and televisions. The people did care or attempt to fix the issues. One person had no electricity and was told fix it themselves by going into the fuse box. They never cleaned so we took the vacuum from housekeeping so that we can clean.
