The staff is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, and have nice amenities such as a kitchenette.
The treadmill was broken when I stayed which was aggravating but made me run outside which has quite nice views.
There breakfast is mediocre with the "scrambled eggs" and questionable sausage being pretty much the only thing that isn't a pastry. The attached but unaffiliated restaurant has good food and services. We really enjoyed their wait staff however the place turns into a disco tech Thursday through Saturday nights and is super loud and the crowd it draws struck me as pretentious.
Next time I'm in Lyon I'll probably stay in Grenoble proper.

The rooms are nice and cozy, they have a small kitchenette, my room isn't very big, but they do have larger rooms. Good breakfast, Internet seems pretty stable and very convenient.

Clean rooms, better suited to a longer stay. Wi-Fi was intermittent and useless. Shower head installed by someone who's never used a shower - consequently you have to hold it on one hand and clean with the other. Splash screen on the opposite end of the bath so water goes everywhere.
