Very helpful and professional staff. I had an issue over inappropriate charges for a GPS and the very pleasant and helpful lady at the desk resolved it promptly and efficiently to my satisfaction. Very high praise to Hertz and the staff of their La Rochelle office. I highly recommend them.

Un petit moment de flottement quand ils ont voulu me facturer des "frais de boîte à clef" de 15€ car l'agence était fermée le jour de la restitution du véhicule. Mais cela a été vite réglé.
