Service vigilant, alerte et posé, professionnel. Bouillabaisse généreuse et assez fine. Verre de blanc sans fautes. Il manque juste un petit grain de folie a mon sens.

Wij kijken steeds uit naar een nieuw bezoek aan dit sterrenrestaurant met zijn heerlijke verse zeevruchten en zijn top service. Ook de voorgerechten en desserts zijn toppers. Bezoek meer dan waard !

I had an excellent meal at L'Ecume des Mers. This is definitely a place to visit if you love the drama and visual spectacle of sharing a fresh seafood platter, and the grilled lobster also looked delightful as a main course. I chose escargots (x12) with garlic and herb butter, followed by the sole as my main course, and then concluded with a strawberry and pistachio pavlova. The only disappointment was the over-cooked potatoes, but I still recommend it as a good place to dine, with great service, a superb wine list, and reasonably priced courses throughout the entire menu.
