L'assistante vétérinaire à l'accueil est vraiment désagréable. Elle a refusé de nous vendre un produit sous prétexte qu'il faut une consultation et une ordonnance, alors qu'il est délivré sur simple demande chez n'importe quel autre vétérinaire. Très mauvaise expérience.

Très bons vétérinaires. J'ai amené mon octodon pour une consultation ils ont pris 1h de leur temps avec elle pour faire au mieux le diagnostic. Ils sont restés très doux malgré le fait que ma petite Chichka ait mordu le vétérinaire et m'ont donné beaucoup de conseils. Ils sont très pros, les prix sont tout à fait raisonnables étant donné leur localisation et leur professionnalisme. Ils ont même pris en compte mon peu de moyens du au fait que j'était étudiante. Ils ont repris contact avec moi quelques semaines plus tard afin de prendre des nouvelles de mon animal.
Je recommande à 100%.

Peu scrupuleux, Peu compétent, Il n'accepte pas de remplir notre feuille de soins pour la mutuelle ... bizarre.. pour une simple fracture qui est devenu après 2mois une double fracture ! Puis, voyant le dégât fait il remet un bandage serrant ... trop serrant... On a du aller aux urgences le soir même ... On change de véto ! C'est finis d'être pris pour des cons ... ! Vraiment l'impression d'être pris pour un imbécile. A ÉVITER !!

Très bon commerciaux mais les animaux ne sont malheureusement pas bien diagnostiqués...
Je préfère prévenir les personnes qui veulent choisir un bon vétérinaire pour leurs animaux

For any English speakers out there who are looking for a veterinarian for their pet, I would recommend you stay far away from this one. While the vet and his staff have always been friendly, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS and it has definitely come into question wether he is still in this with the same heart. That is to say, money or actually helping an animal. As I have taken both my pets there numerous time (due to proximity), I will never take them here again. My last experience there ended with us standing in a room and him just looking at my animal saying "well, I don't know what's wrong with him" without doing any tests or giving any real answers. It took going to one that was recommended outside of Lille to find out that my animal has cancer and will be needing to be put down. This is something that the new vet told me would be impossible for the veterinarian at Jeanne d'Arc to miss considering the circumstances of the cancer and the time frame since my last visit at this veterinary clinic. While this is only my experience and each person has their choice, I would definitely recommend finding someplace where your animal will be treated like a patient and not as a future pay check.
