Do not use Hertz at Limoges airport suspected scam! My wife and I rented a car from Hertz at Limoges airport. On return of the car no one was available to check the car over. We posted the keys as instructed and returned to England. Weeks later our credit card was charged for over £300. It took Hertz almost 20 days to reply via email telling us we had been charged damages. They did not provide any proof via photos of the damage. Obviously there were no damages when we parked the car. These actions from Hertz are in direct contradiction to their own policies. I am still contesting the charge and have informed my bank that this is a suspected fraud.
