Bon hôtel, facile d'accès. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Le hall d'entrée est moderne. La chambre supérieure que j'ai eu été spacieuse et propre . Toutefois, elle mérite un petit rafraîchissement ( salle de bains, WC...). Je conseille

It was nice. Windows too stiff to open in the boiling heat, shower head was loose and loud noises coming from upstairs.

TLDR; great value for money on the hotel, good location, decent price and an exceptional level of customer service.
Had originally planned to stay at Appartcity Limonges but due to issues with booking and terrible customer service decided to find an alternative.
Luckily found another room at 55€ with a lovely shower and comfy bed (all i can ask for a pitstop).
The hotel was located walking distance from the center and it only took about 15 minutes to get to the city center through picturesque medieval streets.
Sara the receptionist is really what made the 5* as she was extremly bubbly, helpfull and always had a smile. She was also willing to help answer all my questions about directions and french.
