The place was really dirty and my room was full of fleas and they said they couldn't do anything and that it was normal. People were really rude with me and didn´t get any help at all. I only stayed here for ten days and couldn't sleep because of the fleas and I was full of welts!!
Le lieu était très sale et il y avait des punaises partout, le service était terrible et personne a rien fait pour m'aider a désinsectiser ma chambre.

Horrible place and service. When I arrived, the room was really dirty, and they said that they could not do anything. They gave me a paper where I should write details of the situation of the room, so that I could get back the caution at the end. On my last day, the femme de menage went to the room and complained about the situation. I said that when I arrived it was like that and she ignored the paper. They are all very rude. The room is really small, the kitchen is old, the residence is far fromthe city center, there is no wifi.

difficult to imagine that 300 euro / month for rent in lyon could seem overpriced, but at Benjamin Delessert, it is. kitchens dirty and frequently closed, internet connectivity unreliable at best ( no wifi), staff unpleasant (my favorite moment was when i was attempting to check out and go through a état des lieux: i had made an appointment for 4:00 PM, arrived a half hour early to confirm and was met with a stream of abuse / complaints for forcing someone to work late. when i mentioned that i had, in fact, made a rendez-vous for 4:00 and was in fact early, i was told "arrêtez de parler".
