More up to date than other Ibis, the rooms are comparatively large. However, it's all fairly standard, functional and adequate. It is a short walk from Lyon Part Dieu train station and shopping centre.
There is ongoing construction out front at the moment but this doesn't cause too much disruption.

It's convenient for visiting the city, and walkable distance from the railway station. Good breakfast and dinner, if you like buffets.

Good position next to Les Halles, not too far from the train station and from the park de la Tete d'or. I liked the sweet and salty breakfast, and the room was clean and comfortable though a bit little (especially the bathroom). The employees were nice, but liked to speak French a little too much.
