Super lieu super profs, super horaires : tous très différents ce qui permet de varier les pratiques et les conseils. Un vrai effort tarifaire pour les étudiants. Je recommande à 100% !

The studio was close to the place where I had my apartment. The teachers are great: I had the pleasure to practise with Stephane, Alain, Vanessa and Julia. They proof to be inspired by a very profound YOGA formation. The teacher are highly committed to meet your demands. The classes are challenging, Vinyasa/Ashtanga inspired. The place is humble compared to other studios but prices are humble, too. Classes are held in French, teacher understand/speak fluently English. I like the good mixture of American and French school.
I strongly recomend this place for your YOGA practise.

After trying a few other studios in Lyon, I finally found "normal" vinyasa-style classes (like in the USA, at least) at O Yoga! I've attended classes with all four teachers and they are TOP! The studio is clean and spacious, and mats are provided for free, but I bring my own. I especially appreciate the great adjustments the teachers do to help further their students' practices. Wish I would have started coming sooner, but at least I found it in the end :) Namaste!

Beautiful, brand new studio and so central. I have been going here since they opened and their classes just keep getting better and better. The teachers really challenge you to reach your potential and improve on your poses every time you hit the mat. They give great adjustments and the cooldowns (shivasanas) always have a euphoric effect on me. Happy to have Oyoga in Lyon!
