worst car rental experience ever. last year ordered an SUV and got a small estate car. This year ordered a 5+"2" MPV (VW Touran or Similar) and ended up with a Peugot 508 saloon car. Not big enough for 2 adults 2 children and luggage. Placed orders almost a year in advance so no excuse not having the right car ready.
This year car was 2 hours late, it was dirty and no safety checks were done before handing car over to me. Witnessed an extreme arguement between staff and previous customer over damage to wing mirror indicator lense.
Avoid Alamo, and its parent company Enterprise, been bitten twice, not making it a 3rd time. The last thing you need after a long journey by Eurostar is to be messed around by these clowns. Missed booking in on time at holiday destination.

Experiencia terrible. He alquilado coches por más de 10 años y nunca he tenido problemas, ya me advirtieron de que las compañías de alquiler de coche francesa intentan estafarte pero lo comprobé en mis propias carnes.
Contratamos el seguro 20€/día y no tuvimos ningún tipo de golpe o accidente, al devolver el coche nos querían cobrar 150€ extra alegando que el parachoques estaba mal colocado. ??? Repitió no había ningún tipo de arañazo, abolladura o golpe. Unos estafadores. Menos mal que tomamos fotografías del antes y después del vehículo y demostrar que estaba exactamente igual que como nos lo dieron.
Si alquilas con esta compañía TOMA FOTOGRAFÍAS del antes del vehículo porque van a intentar estafarte aprovechando que tienes prisa para coger el avión.

There was only one employee doing everything at once. Renting a car shouldn't be this painful. Total waiting time: 70 minutes.
