Fast, friendly, professional service. Booked from Perpignan to Paris, wanted to drop off in Marseille instead, no problem, easy. Recommended.

Service is not on par with the other companies. They don't prepare the car in advance which is a waste of time for customers.

I'm not a fan of the upsell. If I want insurance I will ask for it. Sure, mention it but don't make it threatening. And if you do offer it please explain it clearly. Car rental companies are turning into airlines, nickel and diming you through the enter process and this place is no exception. Unfortunately they all do this.
