No personally but I did get some negative experienced with the company. I would suggest all the potential customer of SIXT to record your discussion with the reception by some devices( which I never thought to be necessary before ever ) before you sign the contract just incase. In my case, they promised me with some policy at the reception but did not recognize it after I return the car and still charge me for the amount of money they promised would not the beginning,however, since I did not record the conversation I could not provide the live evidence for that and their customer service did not acknowledge my situation and ignore my dissatisfaction.
I felt like being blackmailed, being promised for something would not happens just to sign the contract. And if you have other options, I believe the companies next door are more customer-friendly.

First of all, let me say that the clerk who helped with the paperwork at the counter (Ms Le Moisson) was extremely helpful, patient, and had an amazing attitude. She was also happy to explain even the smallest details and made sure we had the best possible deal.
Upon pick-up, the car was squeaky clean, and dropping off the car was super easy, too, which is always a plus.
However, beware that there's a 250 km limit on their cars which might not be ideal if you're planning on visiting more than just one of the neighbouring cities. Although their surcharge for extra kilometers is reasonable, you should definitely put some money away for the extra costs.

Excellent service. Staff was very helpful. We had 4 suitcases that didn't fit in Peugeot 3008 but they gave us Renault Megane. Nice car. Strongly recommend this place!

Worst service, they declined multiple cards and cancelled the reservation in the meantime. Don't go there ever!

The Marseille Sixt agency is in the Gare St Charles train station. Fast is friendly, fast, & efficient. Our car was great. The only negative is the Sixt parking stalls are at the very farthest end of the parking area away from the office and station, farther away than all the other rental agencies, so it's a long walk with heavy luggage.
