Just went for cocktails then dinner. Amazing views from both the deck at the bar and the restaurant. Ordered a dirty martini, order accepted without question but something entirely different arrived, in a tumbler. Not a cocktail bar. A bar with a cocktail menu - different. Had a wonderful birthday meal though. Vegetarian options genuinely utterly hopeless.
For an international brand flagship hotel these two issues are unexpected in 2017 and Accor ought to pay some attention to it.
Service was otherwise exceptional.

What can you say .... France. The staff was totally amazing and so very helpful. Had the most beautiful view from our balcony in the mornings and evenings. Also great location making it easy to get around.

Great rooms, service is capable and polite. All is neat and clean. The terrace is a quiet and nice place to relax. The overall decoration of the hotel is very stylish

In comparison to the vast majority of Marseille, superb quality; with the Luxury Room balcony offering largely 180 degree views of the inner and outer harbour the highlight. In comparison to global hotels situated in equivalent dock side locations, a good quality albeit 4* rather than 5* as advertised.

Sofitel's rooftop is so far my favorite place in Marseille, and I've known this city for quite some time, come here and you're guaranteed to spend the night of a lifetime. The view is breathtaking, and there was a gig when I came, high quality stuff, can't say much more, just come and see. Enjoy it!
