My only concern is that there is no air-conditioning. Otherwise, this is a **really nice** hotel at a *very good* price! Wonderful location as well . . .

Clean, proper and good budget hotel. Been there first time in 2004 and second time just last week (2012) and I wasn't disappointed at all. Situated just a block from the old harbor It's an oasis of peace and tranquility. The hotel personnel was helpful, kind and very professional. I warmly recommend it.
