Beautiful rooms, great selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marseille. It's also very close to all attractions.

High end hotel in a city that has some issues. We were glad to find this while we were surrounded by low rated places plagued by cleanliness issues. As others have also encountered, we too found a very large, dead rat in the middle of the road. Mercure was a bit of a sanctuary away from it all, and had a great breakfast buffet to top it off.

4.5 stars. Excellent breakfast (additional 10€ or 15€). Everything was clean. Friendly staff. Easy checking/checkout Nothing super special, but excellent over all.

We got a good night sleep in the amazing bed with great pillows. The rooms are spacious and very clean. In the lobby we had a very friendly and funny receptionist who was helpful.
The location is great. It's only a couple of minutes walk to the busy old Port district. Unfortunately, some parts of the street in front of the girl could be cleaner.

We had great and comfortable room with a view to the city, very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, 5 min walk to the port area and close to majority of sightseeing points. Would definitely recommend this hotel
