Le taxi a 45 mn de retard, Le central n arrête pas de me dire que le chauffeur va m appeler mais il ne le fait pas. Je viens de louper mon train. C'est la pire compagnie de taxi que je n'ai jamais vu.

I called for a taxi,the person from there told me that she will send..after 15 minutes i called back 2 times but she didn't answerd me anymore so i need to call for other taxi company..so i don't recomand this taxi service company

I came from London on the plane and emailed them beforehand - then on the day they arranged for an anglophone to speak to me to confirm pick up and location.
As soon as my mobile joined a french network the driver phoned and let me know where he was waiting. We communicated very effectively in franglais and he got me to my destination at a very fair price - everything very efficient and clear. Arriving during the day meant a lower tariff - and the office had given me a reasonably accurate quote.
