Non molto pulito e poca attenzione ai dettagli. Solo 2 asciugamani da doccia, 1 da viso e un.tappetino doccia x 3 persone in totale. I cuscini del divano letto erano macchiati e le lenzuola presentavano alcune macchie nere. Moscerini morti sulle lampade impolverate. Peli nella vasca e un wc completamente usurato nelle sue parti. Il porta rotolo della carta igienica era penzoloni... Insomma, benvenuti in Francia!

Currently a little tricky to get to due to roadworks (Aug 16). The hotel is ideally placed on the tramline #2; 6 mins & only 2 stops from the City Centre. It was not noisy despite being at a fairly busy road junction and The rooms seem well insulated from ambient sound too. The accommodation is clean and well cared for. We stayed in a family room with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. Room was airy and sufficiently spacious for 4. Bathroom was excellent and the kitchenette was well enough equipped for a short stay, the only criticism being the lack of a kettle. Parking was reasonable and easily accessed although there is a Pay & Display car park adjacent to the hotel. Check in was straightforward and all explained clearly although the reception staff vary with their language ability. WiFi cost €2 and connection speeds were reasonable. Breakfast was adequate but no better than that and was not cheap at 9.5 or 11.5 Euros depending on content.
Overall a very positive experience. I would happily stay at an Appart'hotel in the future.
