Apart'City will message you a code to a safe (located near the entrance) containing the keys to your room. We ran into problems and called the Appart'City help center. Little to say, our reservation didn't appear in their computers. They told us there was NOTHING registered to our name (even when we had came there before). After a lot of wrestling with the help center that we exist, they gave us the code to the safe and sure enough, there was a name on a pretty little envelope. But other than the beyond terrible help desk, our rooms were tidy, clean and came with a TV, nothing too fancy though. We have to leave our room by 11AM and we requested to stay until 12PM. They kindly gave us a room for an hour (for free).

Room and reception clean, smelled some cigarette smoke in the hallway. No free Wifi. You must wash your own dishes and clean the kitchen.
