The only reason to give 4 for Breakfast is that the mugs are put upside down on the dinning tables In our opinion is should be put normally because a: it's a clean room with tables well spaced, and b: it is impossible to keep the table mat completely clean (completely means that it is clean enough to have your lips touching them) therefore to have the top part of the mugs where you drink from touching the table and mat is not desirable.

We didn't have breakfast or visit the restaurant.
The stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our night at the hotel.
One small criticism may be that the decor style may be a little bit dated.

We would like to thank all the kind welcome of Adelaide, in the Front Desk, who was always ready to help us on any need we had within our stay in Nantes. She was, probably, the reason of having a great memory of our stay in your hotel. She also was so kind to speak in a good Spanish in order to make our experience more confortable.

Very pleasant hotel to stay in, very helpful staff.
Bar, but no barman!
Rooms could have been even better with tea/coffee making facilities and more pillows provided.
Great central location with free car park - although finding this did take some time!

The room here was incredibly nice. And the night of arrival there was a pianist playing in the lobby bar. Very nice. No problems about that aspect of the trip. But they advertised complimentary parking, but their lot is small and count not accommodate the amount of guests they had using it. It's also an odd hassle to find, as the hotel itself is in a predominantly pedestrian area, so there are some tricks to finding it. What hurt, though, is that despite the free parking promise and them not being able to deliver, they sent us to the public garage but don't validate/compensate for it, even though they're not offering the parking they promise in their own lot. Disappointed by that.
