I had a meeting with a colleague at okko hotel. The entrance and welcome desk is pretty narrow but efficiently organized. Entrance to the breakfast area and the living room is secured with a locked door you unlock with your room key. The overall look is cosy and warm thus inviting you to relax. What surprised me is that my colleague told me he would have asked to buy one of the pillow since he had one of his best overnight experience. I will consider this hotel for my next staying in Nantes.

Great hotel, very well located, close to everything and with a particular concept of what a hotel is.
They have a policy of "everything included" (but the parking is not, is extra 15 €). This means that breakfast is included and the "dinner", that is just an aperitive including some cheeses, baguettes, ham, quiche, etc.
Breakfast is nothing fancy, but there plenty of eberythig, fruit, croissant, jellys, coffe...
There is a good selections of channels and movies (also included).
The bedroom is verywell design and very comfrotable.

It's really design over functionality. We stayed at many small but well designed hotels but this one seems to have missed the mark, especially if you get a room for disabled as we first did there is no space for anything. Very stingy with the amenities. Its a 3 star hotel. Everything is so small in there!

Hôtel is located in the city's center near all amenities, restaurants bars and so on. Personel is very polite and helpful. Rooms are a little bit small but very tidy and well kept. The rooms lack however drawers/closet for clothes in case of longer-than-2-days-stay.
