A great public park in town, close to the train station to wait for the train departure with free toilets and water.

Really pleasant gardens with great art installations. There are fun play areas for children and a small menagerie with goats and chickens. The plants are stunning and there is plenty of shade under the tree lined paths to keep out of the hot sun. You can't go on the grass in some areas, but you can in others.

A place you must visit. Perfect for a relaxing stroll. There is something for everyone: a playground for small children, a paddle pool in the summer and a new play area for slightly older ones. Lots of wildlife: several species of duck, a pond with frogs, turtles, carp, an Avery and a goat farm. A beautiful collection of trees, shrubs and plants from all over the world. The garden is very well maintained and the flowerbeds are changed with the seasons. There are free themed tours all year round. It's a great place for a picnic too as there are many benches all around and tables with chairs. There are toilets and baby changing facilities and a café where you can enjoy a drink, coffee or lunch outside on the terrace. A perfect escape in the city centre.

Awesome. Amazing plants from all over the world (some trees are about two hundred years old). Great for kids. There are goats and chickens. Great playground. Nice restaurant to have coffee and keep an eye on the kids.
