Terrible hotel, rude staff. The "balcony" is actually a 3 inch ledge with views of concrete buildings and chimneys. I had a very bad experience here. Choose Ibis instead

Good location in terms of proximity to the central train station and town centre. Rooms are fairly spacious and clean. My room offered a bath. Tv only offers one English speaking channel. Coffee/tea making facilities but no water in the room despite the fridge. Free popcorn downstairs is a nice touch, very basic breakfast is not included in the price I paid. All round good service and facilities for the budget price paid.

The hotel was new, decent rooms, good breakfast and a very nice common room. Free coffee 24h. And the idea of shared happy hours (popcorn in this one, whiskey bar in another...) was amazing!!

Very nice hotel! I was surprised how rooms are new, modern and tasty furnished! Comparing to many other hotels in Nice this one is the best choice comparing price you pay and quality you get.
