Before be landed we called to confirm it they can provide pushchair or buggy for 3 year and reception staff agreed but when we arrived there and asked for it the reception lady said they don't provide such facility, and we had to take our 3 year old kids on feet on all our sight seeing tour for 3 days, hotel advertised "The room swith a view" but when I open window blinds I saw is all construction tram / train related work was going on all around hotel and a petrol station, can you call it a room with a view?, Hotel's pool was also in non working and unavailable, they have very limited shuttle bus service to drop guest at airport, do we had to walk down to airport with luggage and 3 year kid, even though we tried to book airport shuttle for our family and they said they don't have enough airport shuttle available at requested time, air ventilation fan was not working in toilet and room has no heating facilities, it's was air conditioning only which was informed by reception, which I found out after tried all button in room with heater look-a-like thing, duver cover was in filthy & few dirty spots and one moving small bug in duvet was added extra, when I inform reception she said they don't have person available to change the duvet, such a shame and con ! Room was cramped for family of 2 adult with 2 kids, at the time of breakfast few items were finishes and did not topped up though breakfast time was not over, rail construction or improvement work going right in front of hotel gate, most staff are not understand or speak plain English which is shame for 4 * hotel, breakfast quality if below everage and most items are are surgery n sweet, bad choice if breakfast selection, so basically I paid for 4* status of hotel which is worse in terms of customer service and all other things, don't fall in trap, Novotel never again.

Stayed a night at this hotel after our flight got cancelled by EasyJet, the lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly even at 11pm, we got a nice room and a very nice breakfast, I would go back here without hesitation!.

Clean & convenient for a stop over when connecting flights at NCE airport, rooms are simple yet practical.

Hotel check in was slow even at 4:30pm as rooms were not ready. Wifi was spotty by the pool area. Staff were not overly attentive in my opinion. The typical Novotel snack kitchen was looking a little bare and even though the hotel looked new from the outside it is showing its age in the common areas.
This particular Novotel missed our usual expectations and falls a little short

We spent here for 3 nights as the 1st hostel in France. Great place to stay in Nice, good price and warm staff. The room as well bathroom are both quite clean and big enough. Breakfast also excellent!!
