Small but lovely and clean rooms. Very friendly host. Nice location in the center of nice. Windows to the street, so it was a bit noisy. I would come again.

An affordable, very charming hotel in the perfect location in Nice. Free Wi-Fi, easy to walk everywhere and to tram stop (2 blocks away). It is in the 3rd floor without an elevator, and some rooms share a bathroom in hallway. Hosts are very nice.

The hotel is clean, the people are nice and it is cheap.
It is not the hotel and its style but the way people tread you.
You arrive for the first time and the hotel is on the second floor of a building so that you don`t really knwo what expects you. But you enter the hotel and then this friendly men opens the door and you feel like at home. Sometimes he invites you a ricard and suddenly you have a bunch of new friends and then you are invited to discover the culture of the south. I honestly had the best vacations of my entire life in this hotel....and I felt relaxed as I couldn`t do better in any other hotel....I love nice and this hotel :)
